Chemistry Nightclub urges unity after being broken into, robbed [Video]

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Chemistry Nightclub, a Greensboro LGBTQ+ nightclub, was broken into and robbed. They are asking the Greensboro community to unite and “be better”.

In photos the nightclub shared on Facebook, there is a large, shattered hole in the front door by the handle.

The club was robbed of nine bottles of liquor, but the nightclub told WFMY News 2 there was a jar of money left untouched by the robbers.

The damage to the door and stolen liquor has hit the small business hard while it is experiencing slower-than-usual nights.

“No matter how hard things get, breaking into small businesses is NOT the answer,” wrote the nightclub.

However, they will not be letting this incident bring them down. The small business ordered a new door and is asking patrons to come by to support them.
