China builds atmospheric background station in Antarctica [Video]

China’s first overseas atmospheric background station began operation in Antarctica on Sunday, bolstering global response to climate change. The Zhongshan National Atmospheric Background station will monitor the concentration changes in Antarctic atmospheric components, bolstering global response to climate change.
