Clackamas County voters will decide on a hot race of board of commissioner, Tootie Smith versus Craig Roberts, along with several local candidates and measures.
CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — This November’s Clackamas County election is pretty packed, with multiple mayoral races, multiple local races and pushes to outlaw psilocybin-related businesses.
Unlike some Portland races, none of the Clackamas County races use ranked-choice voting.
Results are expected starting at 8 p.m. Ballots will continue to be counted, and the story will be updated as additional vote totals come in.
Board of Commissioners
Two county board seats are up for election this year, including the at-large chair position. Incumbent Chair Tootie Smith and Craig Roberts are set for a rematch after the May primary, while incumbent Commissioner Mark Shull faces off with Melissa Fireside.
The Oregonian has called the chair race for Roberts.
