Coffee shop may take up residence in Kenosha’s Metra station [Video]

A coffee shop could take up the vacant space at the Kenosha Metra Station, which has been vacant since Blast From The Past Pizza closed in early May.

Kenosha Coffee Roasters will present its business plan proposal for the station, 5414 13th Ave., during a 5:15 p.m. meeting Monday at the Municipal Building, 625 52nd St., in Room 301.

According to documents provided the city, the shop would offer “a range of espresso-based drinks… as well as freshly brewed coffee, teas, pastries and coffee cakes.”
