The Washington Commanders will be without their starting running back for their showdown with the New York Giants. Brian Robinson attempted to play through his hamstring injury, but he is still not 100%.

According to NFL insider Mike Garafolo, “Commanders RB Brian Robinson (hamstring) is indeed going to be inactive today against the Giants, sources tell me and @RapSheet. There was hope he’d play but his hammy didn’t feel right in his pregame workout. Austin Ekeler, Jeremy McNichols, and Chris Rodriguez will play.”
The Commanders are seeking their seventh win of the season, but they will have to do so without the help of Robinson.
