DA Bragg Agrees to Postpone Trumps Sentencing in Manhattan Case [Video]

“Assuming Defendant is permitted by the Court to file a motion to dismiss and does so promptly, the People ask that their response to Defendant’s motion be due on Monday. December 9.”

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg agreed to postpone President-elect Donald Trump’s November 26 sentencing.

A jury found Trump guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree to payoff Stormy Daniels.

Bragg told Merchan he opposes Trump’s push to dismiss the case. Bragg wrote:

Assuming Defendant is permitted by the Court to file a motion to dismiss and does so promptly, the People ask that their response to Defendant’s motion be due on Monday. December 9.
