Specifically the Small Business Administration offers low interest disaster loans. These loans are available to businesses and non-profits but also homeowners and renters. The loans are open to anyone who needs help to get back on their feet.
According to the SBA, the loan amounts are higher than you might expect, going up to $2 million dollars for businesses. Interest rates vary, but for homeowners it is as low as 2.8%
