BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) – With much-needed scattered showers and storms moving across the area today, we could have more rain coming later next week as a result of newly-formed Tropical Storm Debby. Debby is expected to make landfall on Monday in the Florida panhandle, but from there tracks still are uncertain. There is a chance we could see remnants continue north towards NCWV towards the end of next week and next weekend. Until then we will enjoy more rain showers tonight before drying out Sunday afternoon and Monday with highs back in the 90s. With a cold front crossing into Tuesday, we will see temperatures dropping for the rest of the week with light rain chances midweek. Michael Moranelli has the details in your First Alert Forecast.
