Employee in custody after suspected shoplifter shooting [Video]

A gas station employee was arrested by police after a weekend fatal shooting in northeast Albuquerque.Albuquerque police said Stephen McCorkle, 37, was working at the Shwan, at 7011 Lomas Blvd NE early Sunday, Nov. 10. A small bag with cash on top of a safe was also stolen, according to police. This led to McCorkle confronting them and police said they removed items from their pockets.
