Explore STL Parks brings hikes to the Gateway Arch National Park [Video]

ST. LOUIS — It is starting to feel like fall! It is the perfect time to get active outside and Explore STL Parks makes it easy.

Steph (@explorestlparks) and Eliza (@eliza.donelson) started a free caregiver and kid nature meetup (formerly known as “Nature Play STL”) in March 2022. They wanted to form a free group for families to encourage exploring outside as a family.

Participants gather at parks across the area on Wednesdays at 9:30 am. The meetups include unstructured nature play, a short hike (paved or unpaved), sometimes a read-aloud or activity, and playing in all the dirt!

I met Steph and her crew at the Gateway Arch National Park, this Wellness Wednesday to join in on the fun!
