Feds want to forfeit homes, bank accounts, boats owned by pharmacy owners accused of fraud [Video]

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Two Knoxville pharmacy owners accused of making millions through healthcare fraud now face additional legal woes. The government wants to take away some of their prized assets.

Federal prosecutors have filed a lengthy forfeiture list in U.S. District Court in Knoxville against Tiffany Haney, Anne Warren and Rocky Hill Pharmacy LLC.

Properties being targeted by the feds include a multi-story “cabin” in Sevier County, a 2024 GMC Sierra, a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and several Knoxville properties. 

Earlier this month, the government announced an eight-count indictment against the women. They were arraigned this week before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jill McCook.

They’ve pleaded not guilty.

The government alleges Warren and Haney racked up more than $8.7 million in health care fraud. They altered or forged prescriptions in support of claims for reimbursement to various drug plans, prosecutors …
