PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It’s finally starting to feel like fall! But is the feeling fleeting?
The cutoff low that brought rain into the Valley and snow in the mountains of northern and eastern Arizona will continue to spin over the region through tonight, leaving areas like Flagstaff with a chance of snow overnight.
The cold front brought much cooler temperatures to the state, with highs topping out in the 70s for Phoenix this weekend. In Flagstaff, it fell to 32 degrees yesterday afternoon marking the first time this fall the temperature hit that freezing mark.
Drier air has moved into the state, clearing the clouds and light rain this morning in some parts of the valley. We are tracking mostly sunny skies and drier conditions as we head into the new work week.
