WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Arctic air has settled into North Central Wisconsin and will persist through Monday and Tuesday. Temps are going to stay below zero, with wind chills of -20° to -40° over the next few days. The next chance of snow showers could be on Wednesday and Thursday, as temps later next week rebound into the 10s to low 20s late week.
A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the area through Monday evening, with an Extreme Cold Warning in NW Wisconsin, including Price County, until Noon Tuesday.
