First Alert Weather: Rather chilly & dry starting the new week [Video]

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – This first weekend of 2025 has resembled early January with sub-zero wind chills, and some sunshine, but lacking when it comes to snow on the ground. Cold Saturday night into Sunday morning. A First Alert that wind chills will drop to near -20° overnight into early Sunday. Dry weather remains the story for the start of the new week, with moderation in temperatures on Monday. A shot of colder air rolls back in for mid-week, then temps rebound back into the 20s by Thursday and Friday. The next chance of seeing any flakes flying could be Friday with a weak front.
