First Alert Weather: Showers tonight into Sunday morning [Video]

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Happy Saturday! We started the morning with some sunshine, but cloud cover is forecast to increase throughout the day. Temperatures shortly before noon have warmed up nicely into the mid to upper 50s. I think we’ll end up mostly cloudy to overcast this afternoon with highs in the lower 60s. It will be a breezy day with southeast winds at 10-15 mph. We could see winds gust up to 20-25 mph this afternoon. I think we’ll remain dry for most of the day, but we could see a few showers develop in northwest Alabama late this evening. Rain chance at 20%. The bulk of the rain should develop overnight and stay with us through Sunday morning for areas along and north of I-20.
