GREENSBORO, N.C. — The former Regency Inn property is set to be demolished starting on Monday, Oct. 28, according to the city of Greensboro. The property is located at 2701 North O. Henry Blvd.
The demolition of the property is expected to take two to three weeks. The city said residents and businesses near the property should expect heavy equipment traveling to and from the site during this time.
The city said a request for proposals on how to develop the property is planned to be released next week.
