Authorities arrested four people in the area of W. 11th Avenue and Magnolia Avenue Monday afternoon after responding to two different armed robberies, one on Walnut Street, and another on the Esplanade.
CHICO, Calif. 7:55 P.M. UPDATE – Four people were arrested by the Chico Police Department Monday after multiple robberies took place in Chico.
Authorities say that at around 2:10 p.m. Monday, officers from the Chico Police Department learned that a subject had entered a business on the 200 block of Walnut Street, brandished a firearm, and had left with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.
Responding officers performed an area check but were unable to locate the suspect.
At around 3:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of a robbery that had taken place on the 2100 block of the Esplanade.
