Four-start WR Rahim Hutchins Jr. commits to the Memphis Tigers [Video]

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It’s been a momentum shifting offseason for Memphis football and things took another step forward on Friday when wide receiver Rahim Hutchins Jr. committed to the program. 

“I’m very excited,” Hutchins told KTRK, ABC24’s affiliate in Houston. “It’s the end of the process, a long process but I’m ready to come home.” 

The four-star recruit, according to ESPN, chose Memphis over multiple other Division 1 FBS offers including Houston and Nebraska who rounded out his top three. 

The Texas native out of Shadow Creek High School, near Houston, is ranked as a three star recruit by 247 Sports and sits in their top 70 for wide receivers in the country.
