In the aftermath of two hurricanes which caused devastating damage to several states on the south eastern coat of the US, FEMA was surprisingly slow and short of funding and resourcces when compared to previous situations which they were needed for.
After some digging, and a few whistleblowers, we first learned why the money was so tight this time.
