GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) — A lot of people dream of turning their favorite hobby into a full-time job. For Trevor and Rilla Glauser, it took them ten years, but their passion allowed them to open Culture Clash Greek Yogurt in Gilbert.
It’s a Greek yogurt bar offering a dozen handmade flavors plus toppings like fresh fruit curd and granola. They also offer acai bowls and other locally sourced products in their store, like milk, cheese, honey, and seasonings.
Trevor’s love of yogurt started at a young age. He credits his family travels for introducing him to yogurt abroad, particularly in Europe.
His mom then found a yogurt maker at a garage sale and brought it home when he was 13 years old. His love of yogurt-making blossomed.
