GLENN COUNTY, Calif. – Glenn County made a significant step in supporting its local veterans and their families by hosting its first-ever Veterans Stand Down at the Glenn County Fairgrounds in Orland.
The event, held in the afternoon, was a bustling hub of resources and services, offering over 90 different organizations providing support to veterans in need.
Veterans in attendance were able to access a wide array of resources, including mental health services, housing assistance, and discounts on therapy dogs.
