Grass Roots Art Hub makes debut in Moorhead [Video]

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Grass Roots Art Hub is “gettin’ jiggy” with a 90′s themed launch party!

On Thursday, August 15th from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., you can head on over to Roots Hydroponics in Moorhead to enjoy crafts, games, and meet the team.

Kellie Pfeifer, owner of KPHECK Studios, and Logan Macrae, owner of Roots Hydroponics, came together to create a local artists collective.

“It’s made up by a board of artists and small businesses, and then we want to pull other artists and creatives in,” Pfeifer says. “It’ll be a space for community connection.”

Pfeifer says they’ll provide artist support services, guest speakers, and consignment art galleries to help get younger names out there.

“Not only do we want to empower other artists who are just starting out… but really just make a softer, more accepting space for community members,” Pfeifer says.
