A woman charged with the murder of her husband allegedly used an electric saw and knives to ‘butcher and dismember’ his body before disposing of his remains in rubbish bins.
NSW Police will allege Nirmeen Noufl, 53, cut up the body of 62-year-old Mamdouh Noufl before disposing of his remains in plastic bags at various residential and industrial sites across Sydney’s southwest.
An investigation into her husband’s disappearance began in July 2023 when police were called to a home in Juno Parade, in Greenacre, in Sydney‘s west.
The 62-year-old small business owner had not been seen since May 2023 with police declaring his disappearance suspicious at the time.
Police will now allege it was on May 3 that Mr Noufl and his wife had a fight before she killed him.
