UAB football players spent their Thursday afternoon meeting the Children’s Harbor patients they’re representing on Saturday.They’ll be playing in the eighth annual Children’s Harbor Homecoming game. On the back of each player’s jersey, one of the patients’ names will be instead of their own. Eight-year-old Theodore DaBon II currently has a brain tumor. On Saturday, UAB running back Isaiah Jacobs will wear ‘DaBon’ on his back.”I just can’t wait to represent him and wear his name on my jersey,” Jacobs said.
