New court documents claim that New York Jets quarterback Tyrod Taylor allegedly tried to get sheriffs to evict his ex-girlfriend, model Draya Michele, from their formerly shared home in California several weeks ago. This new claim adds to an already contentious series of legal battles between the Super Bowl XLVII champion and Michele.

According to court filings dated November 26 found by The Daily Mail, Michele says she was on a business trip when she received a distressed phone call from her nanny, who was at her Chatsworth, California home. According to the nanny, law enforcement had arrived at the house and was attempting to lock her and Michele’s children out of the home.
