Comedian Joe Rogan has hit out at suggestions that the wildfires affecting Los Angeles and other areas of Southern California are due to climate change.
Multiple wildfires continue to burn in Southern California amid unnaturally dry conditions, including the two largest in Los Angeles, the Palisades and Eaton fires, which were spurred by the high Santa Ana winds.
Although firefighters have now almost completely contained the flames, the fires have consumed thousands of acres, including homes and businesses. At least 28 people have died from the fires, and thousands have been forced to flee their homes.
Amid the ensuing discussion on what, or who, is to blame for the fires, some people have blamed climate change, while there have also been police investigations into allegations that arsonists are responsible.
