The ongoing issue of long waits for 911 callers in Kansas City, Missouri, is expected to be resolved in the next 18 months.That issue was front and center at Tuesday’s Board of Police Commissioners meeting during a lengthy exchange between Mayor Quinton Lucas and Kansas City police Maj.
