Larry Kudlow and Ted Cruz Spar Over GOP’s Strategy [Video]

Fox Business host Larry Kudlow went back and forth with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in a nearly 10-minute-long exchange about the Senate’s strategy for enacting President-elect Donald Trump’s agenda.

Echoing Trump, Kudlow has insisted that the extension of the 2017 tax cuts should go into the same bill as funding for border security and funding much of the government. But it is unclear if Congress will be able to do so, especially given the Republicans’ tiny majority in the House.

On Monday’s edition of Kudlow, the host, who served as an economic adviser in Trump’s first term, needled Cruz for saying the Republicans’ agenda might have to be broken up into multiple bills.
