Law firms Flynn ODriscoll and Vincent & Beatty agree to merge [Video]

Corporate law firm Flynn O’Driscoll LLP and commercial law firm Vincent & Beatty LLP have announced a formal agreement to merge, effective 1 January.

The firms said the merger reflects their commitment to expanding service offerings for their diverse client base, which spans multinational corporations, public bodies, and private clients.
