CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Recreational marijuana is now legally for sale in Ohio as of 7 a.m. Tuesday.
The Division of Cannabis Control announced Tuesday and Wednesday are the official dates for businesses with dual licenses to start selling.

You have to be 21 to legally purchase cannabis in Ohio.
Individuals also can legally grow six plants with a limit of 12 plants in a household.
With the new industry opening its doors, dispensaries are expected to be flooded this week.
