MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Zane Phillips, chef de cuisine for The Haberdasher, joined us for Mobile Tiki Week! He made their signature dish, Samoan Oka!
INGREDIENTS
8oz tuna
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup yellow onion
1 small red chili
2 green onions
2 cups coconut cream
4 limes
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
STEPS
Cut fish into small pieces and place in bowl. Cut all vegetables and fruit up into small pieces. Mix in the lime juice.
Mix in the vegetables and fruit. Add the coconut cream, salt and pepper and stir. You are ready to serve. Enjoy!
