HONOLULU (Island News) — Dry conditions will continue through most of the week, with trade winds strengthening to breezy to strong levels by Wednesday and Thursday.
Winds will gradually decrease into the moderate range by Thursday night and through the weekend. An upper-level low will pass just south of the Big Island from Wednesday afternoon through Friday, bringing possible rain to the eastern half of the state that could last into the weekend.
