Showers continue into Monday with some snow mixing in with the rain for the morning.

Rain and snow move across the Inland Northwest again tonight, which should make for a slower start to your commute on Monday. We’ll start the holiday week with the most inconvenient weather of the period as conditions improve ahead of the holiday.

What We’re Tracking

Mostly dry Sunday; snow in Cascades and the Methow Valley

Wintry mix of rain and snow Monday morning in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene
Snow accumulations will be limited to the far northern valleys (see graphic below)
Spotty showers Monday afternoon into early Tuesday morning
Temperatures cool slowly cool after Tuesday through next weekend
Small weather disturbances could bring spotty snow showers at times through Friday
Next weekend: cool and cloudy
