WEATHER – THE AREA’S MOST ACCURATE FORECAST> <WEATHER> (áááWALLááá) Starting late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning, weúll see precipitation chances increase once more. A double surface low pressure system with an upper level cutoff low looks to roll through the region and bring precipitation through the weekend. Weúre still monitoring changes in model runs and parsing out details, as much could depend on where and when the second low develops, but highest chance of precip looks to be Thursday night at this time. Highs will be gradually dropping during this period, roughly upper 30s to lower 50s, and lows in the mid 20s to upper 30s. This should result in mostly rain during the daytime hours except at highest elevations, and snow levels lowering at night into some of the narrower valleys and cold spots.
