MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – Another floating ice cream business is rafting through Muskegon waters offering novelty items to boaters and beachgoers.
Amy Coffey opened Popsicle Pontoon in early June alongside her husband and two daughters after dreaming about launching a small business.
She and her family have lived in the Muskegon area right on the lake for years and always had the thought, “What can we do as a family?’ So, they decided on ice cream.
“It’s something we’ve been talking about for a while, regarding finding a business boat,” Coffey said. “We totally customized it and made it our own and just figured that we are out there anyway, we have two young girls and we wanted it to be something for them to be a part of.”
