IT’S GOING TO HAVE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME FACADE. BUT THE ZULU HEADQUARTERS ITSELF IS GOING TO BE ELEVATED ABOUT 3.5FT, AND CREWS WILL ALSO REPAIR SOME SIDING THAT WAS DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IDA. RENOVATIONS ARE SET TO START IN THE COMING WEEKS. SHOULD TAKE ABOUT SIX MONTHS TO FINISH. IT WILL HOPEFULLY RESOLVE SOME OF THOSE FLOODING ISSUES THAT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM FOR THE ORGANIZATION. FOR INSTANCE, SINCE 2018, LEADERS SAY THAT THEY’VE HAD TO FILE THREE FLOOD CLAIMS. THE PRICE TAG TO DO THIS WORK $300,000.
