New PDX terminal receives glowing reviews from travelers and businesses [Video]

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After years of construction, Portland International Airport officially unveiled its new $2 billion main terminal Wednesday. It’s been glowing reviews all the way around from people flying out to small business owners.

“Everybody’s loving the airport and having a great time in our store,” Carrie Griffin with Welcome to Portland.

“It’s been great,” said Martin Martinez, CEO of Orox. “Like, day and night we saw a lot of great welcome from our customers, a great partnership with all these local store owners who come to the airport. So we are beyond excited and long days. But it’s great to be inside the airport.”
