If a business leader from 25 years ago were suddenly transplanted into today’s boardrooms, I’d like to imagine they would be pleasantly surprised to find the once male-dominated spaces now filled with a diverse array of talented women holding positions of influence and authority.

When board gender balance on the ISEQ 20 reached 40% this year, there was a lot to celebrate.

It was testament to Irish business taking accountability for progress to drive better business outcomes.
