SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – Clouds and showers moved in overnight and a coastal low will keep us cloudy and damp through the day on Monday. Low pressure off shore will spin towards southern New England keeping things unsettled through the day. It will become more humid with a cool, muggy feel. Temperatures will stay mainly in the 70′s with dew points in the 60′s. It will not be raining all day, but certainly keep the umbrella handy.
A few showers will continue Monday night, but this system will break down and move out on Tuesday. It will be warmer and brighter Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 80′s with a mix of sunshine and clouds. There still may be a spot shower around, but Tuesday is looking much drier.
Another system will move through on Wednesday with a round of downpours and a few thunderstorms in the afternoon. …
