A woman says her home warranty company will replace her air conditioning system after KMBC 9 Investigates started looking into her case.Michèle Thomas reached out to KMBC after saying she did not get a satisfactory resolution about her broken air conditioner with home warranty company, Cinch Home Services.Thomas said the company sent a repair worker, but, when the worker couldn’t fix a fan, she got a check for $340.16 from the home warranty company and phone calls saying her case was closed.Thomas has paid her home warranty bill with Cinch for nine years. “I just thought this is not fair,” she said. “And I just want to voice my opinion on what happened to me.”KMBC contacted Cinch Friday morning by phone and email.
