A Winston-Salem man said he is alive because a device that is the size of a paperclip.The device, known as CardioMEMS, is a paperclip-sized sensor implanted near your heart. For Christopher Roseboro, he says it’s changing his life for the better.It all started back in 2010.That’s when Christopher Roseboro was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
