Penguins Surprisingly Place Long-Time Starting Goalie on Waivers [Video]

The Pittsburgh Penguins are taking a new direction in their crease.

They confirmed that they will place long-time starting netminder Tristan Jarry on waivers at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, marking the latest development in his turbulent season.

Jarry had another rough performance in Tuesday’s loss to the Seattle Kraken, giving up a soft goal on the second shot of the game and allowing two more in the third period as Pittsburgh squandered another lead. He has now dropped his last four starts.
