Peru’s new megaport set to boost trade [Video]

Located on the Pacific coast of South America, about 80 kilometers north of Lima, the multi-purpose port of Chancay is a key Belt and Road Initiative project between China and Peru. Expected to start operations late this year, it will serve as a new hub and gateway to the Pacific for Latin America. Locals are already discovering business opportunities and preparing for a new era of booming trade.
