Piedmont Craftsmen Fair | Winston-Salem, NC [Video]

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The annual Piedmont Craftsmen Fair was held in Winston-Salem this weekend. Over 100 artists from across the nation showcased their work at the fair.

This was the 61st year of the fair, which is always held the weekend before Thanksgiving. At the fair, you could see pieces made from clay, wood, glass, metal, and more.

About 30% of the artists at the fair were from western North Carolina.

Jasmine Huff, the craft fair and membership director with Piedmont Craftsmen, talked about how important the fair is to artists and small business owners.

“These artists are small business owners. And, one, it helps our local community. People coming in, people or artists coming in from across the country or across the state help Winston-Salem’s community and the state’s community, economy overall. But also, these people …
