Prince George’s County police chase suspects through Maryland highway [Video]

Three juvenile occupants were taken into custody and one other occupant got away.

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — For 45 minutes, the Prince George’s County Police Department chased a stolen car up and down the Maryland portion of the Beltway after getting a call of an armed carjacking. 

Seat Pleasant Police say they spotted the vehicle on the 5700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in Seat Pleasant. It had been carjacked from Washington, D.C., police say.

Police followed the car at high speeds through several communities in upper Prince George’s County from Seat Pleasant up the Beltway on I-295 and then back south on I-495. D.C. Police also helped by helicopter.

Around 10:30 p.m., the chase ended on the 2800 block of Pin Oak Lane in Greater Landover. Three juvenile occupants ranging in age from 12 to 16 were taken into custody and one other occupant got away. …
