London-based Ranger Fire and Security has expanded outside the UK for the first time with the acquisition of Dublin’s KSS Fire Suppression.
Ranger intends to grow its offering in Ireland following the takeover of KSS, drawing on CEO Mark Bridges‘ experience of scaling European businesses.
Ranger leadership consider KSS as a platform for future growth in continental Europe as well, tying in with its medium-term ambitions of establishing the group as a key player in the European fire safety market.
KSS has been serving the Irish market for more than a decade and has built a reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Its brands and partners cover all areas of commercial and industrial fire safety systems, and the group boasts a robust operational structure that includes sales and support staff.
