RBGA Cuts Ribbon for Smart Style Hair Care [Video]

On Thursday September 28 the RiverBend Growth Association held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand reopening, under local ownership, of Smart Style Hair Salon inside the Walmart at 610 Wesley Drive, Suite A in Wood River, Illinois.   The Riverbend Growth Association (RBGA) is the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for the communities of the Riverbend.  The RBGA promotes the cause of its member business on a local, state and national basis, organizes events for its members to mix with each other, host prominent speaker presentations and much more.
