Lucy with Greer’s Markets is turning the classic BLT sandwich into a pasta salad that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or a side dish!
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1.5 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 oz ribbon pasta
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly sliced
INGREDIENTS:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain. Toss with cold water. Drain.
Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, dill, thyme, and garlic powder together in a bowl.
Pour pasta into a large bowl. Add bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and dressing. Gently toss until combined. Eat immediately.
