MUSKEGON, Mich. — Construction is underway at Trinity Health Areana in Muskegon.
Muskegon Lumberjacks President of Business Operations, Andea Rose, said renovations are being made to help lumberjack athletes perform at their highest level.
“Really, just trying to provide the best facilities that we can for the best junior hockey players in the world,” said Rose.
The three and half million-dollar project is funded by the Muskegon Lumberjacks Ownership.
Rose said the goal is to improve spaces inside the arena.
“New team locker rooms, new business offices, new coaching offices, new athletic medicine and hydrotherapy spaces,” said Rose.
She said the 64-year-old building has seen many renovations before, but not like this one.
