(FOX40.COM) — San Joaquin County provided a clarification Monday over its concern with a local business’s flagpole.

On Monday, FOX40.com spoke with Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis regarding the absence of the large American flag flown at the company’s French Camp location.
“If we felt like we were putting people in danger or causing any issues with air traffic, which would absolutely not be okay, then I wouldn’t do it,” Lemonis told FOX40.com on Monday.
On Thursday, FOX40.com received an emailed letter from San Joaquin County providing an update and clarification on the flag pole situation.
